Guests have private access to the property and decking area.
Please note – the booking price includes use of the hot tub for one evening only. This is because the water needs to be drained and the hot tub cleaned between every use. If you wish to use the hot tub for more than one evening we can clean and refill for a cost of £40 per use.
As we are in a rural location with very limited public transport we recommend you have your own vehicle.
Close to Routin Lynn waterfall, St Cuthbert’s Cave and Ford Moss. If you wish to eat out there are cafes and restaurants in Milfield, Lowick, Etal and Wooler. For grocery shopping there is a co op in Wooler or there are larger supermarkets in Berwick which is about 13 miles away.
As we are very rural and there is extremely limited public transport we recommend guests have their own transport.
Minimum stay is 2 nights.
