Recently renovated semi detached cottage on our working farm. Two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedroom. Large living room, shower room and kitchen with dining area. Underfloor heating throughout the property. The perfect place to explore the hills, castles and beaches of north Northumberland. Please note as this is a farm cottage we are in a rural location and the cottage is located down a gravel track.
The Cottage is perfect for families or friends looking to explore north Northumberland. Self catering with fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation.
The cottage shares a contained grassed area with three other privately rented cottages. Please note the toys and trampoline in the far left of the garden are privately owned and not to be used by guests. There is also a small grass area to the rear of the property for the holiday cottage only. Separate parking area for the holiday cottage to the left of the property.
A maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are permitted for an additional charge of £20 per stay. If being left alone in the property they should be kept in a secure cage provided by guest.
Should more than 4 guests wish to stay we have 4 other cottages on site sleeping between 2 and 6 guests.
If guests wish to bring push bikes these should not be stored inside the property.
Close to Routin Lynn waterfall, St Cuthbert’s Cave and Ford Moss. If you wish to eat out there are cafes and restaurants in Milfield, Lowick, Etal and Wooler. For grocery shopping there is a co op in Wooler or there are larger supermarkets in Berwick which is about 13 miles away.
As we are very rural and there is extremely limited public transport we recommend guests have their own transport.
Minimum stay is 2 nights.
